**Cancellation Policy** Life happens — I just ask for notice so your spot can go to someone else. - **More than 48 hours before:** cancel or reschedule free, no charge. - **Within 48 hours:** 50% of your service total is charged. - **Same-day cancellation or no-show:** 100% of your service total is charged. A card is required to book and will only be charged if one of the above applies. Running more than 10 minutes late may mean we shorten your service to stay on schedule for the next guest — the full service price still applies. Two no-shows and future bookings will require prepayment in full.
